After he graduated from Padjadjaran University, he joined Darmawan & Co (DNC). He then joined Lubis, Ganie, Soerowidjojo (LGS) and involved in many projects. Specialized in Corporate and Business Law, he has been solving cases in corporate law affairs. He has been in charge in many merger and acquisition projects, aircraft and shipping, mining, bankruptcy, etc.

His areas of expertise are: the Law of Contracts, Merger and Acquisition, Insurance Law, Civil Law, Oil & Gas Law, Banking Law, Corporate Law, Capital Market Law, Labor/Employment/ Industrial Relation Law, Bankruptcy/Insolvency & Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU), Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Settlement.
